Our Mission and Vision
Welcome!
The Center for Defense Advocacy is a 501 c (3) not for profit organization.
CDA is an organization composed of Paralegals, Advocates and Criminal Justice Consultants which for the past twenty plus years has specialized in the practice of Civil Law, habeas, Postconviction governed by the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Our Mission and Vision is to bridge the gap to justice by providing litigation support services primarily to federally incarcerated individuals wh0 are economically impacted /, seeking relief in the courts and must do so without counsel (pro se).
Just one of several aspects of the American Dream, the nightmare of poverty where economics preclude meaningful representation and access to the courts and justice.
